NADA AI develops AI-native creative and interactive products that allow users to generate, remix, publish, share, and interact with digital content through natural language, AI-assisted tools, and community-based features.

5.3 Generated Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, NADA AI does not claim ownership of the outputs generated for you through the Services.
6. AI Features and Data Use
Our Services may use artificial intelligence technologies, including models and infrastructure provided by NADA AI or trusted third-party AI service providers. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. You should independently review output before relying on it.
7. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use accurate and current account information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Credits

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third-party services, including login providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics tools, payment processors, app stores, AI model providers, and external websites.
12. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other comments about the Services, you grant NADA AI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, incorporate, commercialize, and otherwise exploit such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient information to evaluate the claim.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NADA AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, or error-free operation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NADA AI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may also suspend account access, restrict features, terminate accounts, or discontinue the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk to NADA AI or others, fail to pay required fees, or if required by law.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Your local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived under these Terms.
